The fully stocked bar comes inclusive of staff. Cocktails and any additional request must be agreed prior to the event.

Bar opening hours and set up and clearing away times must be agreed beforehand with sufficient time allowed to set up and pack away and vacate the venue after the event. You must inform us of any time restrictions, parking restrictions or parking height restrictions. We require two hours to set the bar up and two hours to clear away. It is the hirers responsibility to liaise with the venue to ensure that it is open and in a suitable state for the bars to be set up. Event-Box accept no responsibility for any delays.

The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation; however, it may be transferred to another date, subject to availability

Consumption of own drinks conditions

Drinks arranged by either you or another provider are permitted providing they are for consumption during the pre-meal period only such as welcome drinks. We would ask that you inform us if this is the case in advance so that we know what arrangements have been made.

Table wine

Table wine and all other table drinks including drinks for toasting arranged by either you or another provider are permitted providing they are for consumption during the meal only. (We are aware of the drinks included with the packages at The Elm Tree, Hundelby so we do not need to be informed)

License for the sale of Alcohol

Event-Box is responsible for the operation of your bar in accordance with the licensing act 2003. Therefore, the premises used for the event, including marquees or private houses, will have been licensed to permit the retailing of alcohol for the duration of the event and the licensing law will be in operation. If no such license exists for the premises the bar will not be permitted to open. A copy of the license must be available for inspection upon our arrival. If you wish for us to apply for a Temporary Events Notice this must be agreed at the time of booking, we will carry a copy of the license with us. We require a minimum of 10 day’s notice to apply for the TEN

Due to Event-Box being responsible for the licensed premises and the sale of alcohol by retail, we do not allow the consumption of own alcohol to be consumed by guests, please make all guests aware beforehand, this is a breach of our terms and conditions and our TEN licenses. Therefore, all drinks provided for your event must be supplied by Event-Box unless otherwise agreed. Should our bartenders witness any alcohol being consumed and not provided by Event-Box we will inform the event organiser, in the case where alcohol is still being consumed this would be a breach of our terms and conditions and license and Event-box have the right to withdraw from service, pack up and leave with no refund given of any monies paid.

Liability

Event-Box mobile bars cannot accept responsibility for any damage to persons or property or injury caused by the items/services which are under the hirer’s responsibility, or any liability for any claims that come about from any event concerning or involving items/services hired by us.

Event-Box does not accept any liability for any failure to provide our services due to an ‘Act of God’, ie circumstances beyond our control, (including flooding, fire, severe traffic congestion, car accidents or any foul weather conditions). A full refund of the booking fee will be given in such event.

In the event of us being unable to provide your chosen bar style on the day, we reserve the right to supply an alternative bar style. This may occur in the unlikely event of damage to a bar or it’s equipment immediately prior to your event which has proven non-repairable.

We hold a vast selection of drinks. However, if one drink selection is favoured, we may occasionally run out. If you are aware that your guests require an extensive amount of one drink type, we will attempt to increase stock levels to accommodate your requirements.

Last Orders

We will always call last orders 15 / 20 minutes before the agreed deadline, we will not be able to extend the deadline due to times stated on the Temporary Events Notice
